Policy on Accepting and Signing Off Artwork

At Supreme Production, we understand the importance of accurate representation and client satisfaction when it comes to artwork for printed and branded garments. While we strive to match the artwork provided by our clients to the best of our ability, it's essential to acknowledge that achieving 100% exactness may not always be feasible due to various factors inherent in the manufacturing process. Therefore, we have established the following policy regarding the acceptance and signing off of artwork:

1. Artwork Approval Process:


   a. Upon receiving artwork from the client, our team will carefully review the design specifications and requirements provided.

   b. We will communicate any concerns or discrepancies to the client and work collaboratively to address them before proceeding with production.

2. Client Sign-Off:

 a. Before commencing production of printed or branded garments, we require clients to review and approve a digital proof of the artwork.

  b. The digital proof will provide an accurate representation of how the artwork will appear on the final product, including color, size, and placement.

 c. Clients are responsible for carefully examining the digital proof and confirming that it meets their expectations and requirements.

3. Acknowledgement of Limitations:

a. While we make every effort to match the artwork provided by the client, it's important to recognize that there may be limitations in achieving exact replication due to factors such as material constraints, printing techniques, and color variations.

 b. We will communicate any foreseeable challenges or deviations from the original artwork to the client during the approval process.

4. Client Communication:

   a. Throughout the production process, we maintain open and transparent communication with clients to address any questions, concerns, or updates regarding the artwork or manufacturing progress.

   b. Clients are encouraged to reach out to our team at any time for clarification or assistance.

5. Commitment to Quality:

a. Despite potential limitations in exact replication, Supreme Production remains committed to delivering high-quality printed and branded garments that meet or exceed industry standards.

 b. In the event of any discrepancies between the approved artwork and the final product, we will work diligently to resolve the issue and ensure client satisfaction to the best of our ability.

Return and Refund Policy for Supreme Textiles:

At Supreme Textiles, your satisfaction is our priority with every purchase. Our return and refund policy aim to offer clarity and transparency regarding returning branded goods.

Customized Branded Garments:

We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or provide refunds on customized branded garments. These items are tailored to your specifications, involving a meticulous process from design to production. Only in the case of a fault on our part will we attempt rectification, and a refund will be issued only if we fail to correct the issue. Please note that handling and restocking fees may apply.

Non-Branded Items:

Non-branded items may be returned within 5 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, under the following conditions:

The item must be in its original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is necessary for all returns.

Returns are subject to our discretion and may incur a restocking fee.

Damaged or Faulty Items:

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact our customer service team within 3 Days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
